Use Of Images

PHOTO USAGE INFORMATION

Over the past year, we had a significant increase in problems with people using our photos without authorization. This is considered copyright infringement and is against the law. Using our images without our permission will not be tolerated. We have this information on our website to protect not only our business name, but to protect our customers as well. In order to use our photos, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must have opened an account with us by placing an order (if you have received a catalog, but have not placed an order, you do not have an account with us yet).

2. Once you have opened an account with us, you must do a certain amount of business with us within a 12 month time frame to continue to have permission to use our photos. (The yearly sales required is the same as the minimum order to open an account with us)

3. Our photos may only be used to sell our merchandise. We do not permit the use of our photos to sell any other merchandise other then Illusions Bridal merchandise. If it is discovered that this is happening, account will be immediately closed.

4. Use of photos includes any photo that is shown in our catalog, on our website or on our web CD.

We spend a great deal of time, money and effort to provide the most detailed photographs for our customers to use to sell our merchandise. When someone uses our photos without permission it hurts our business as well as the business of all of our wonderful accounts.
