- How long does it normally take to receive your merchandise?
Our normal shipping times is 2-6 days depending on the item availability
- How much does a particular item cost?
Since we do not sell to the public directly we are unable to give prices, but one of our authorized stores listed on our store locator would be happy to assist you with a price quote
- I can't find a store near me on your store locator , or I am already dealing with a store that is not listed on your store locator . What can I do to get information on your products?
Not all of our accounts are listed on our store locator. Please contact the store you would like to deal with to see if they offer Illusions merchandise. Your Bridal Store can contact us at 800-443-9102 to request a catalog and get information on our merchandise.
